I’ve used my core flytes for a few months. I absolutely love them. They are really good for getting my abs and core stronger. If you do almost any exercise with them — like lunges or squats or pushups or rollouts (there are hundreds of exercises) — you really feel your core working. They move on balls so you have to really focus and control them. They’re fun! Highly recommend for anyone who gets bored easily and wants to have something new to motivate them in the gym or at home!
